Owner complains that walking around the house too much and too strong. Are we missing?

We walk around the apartment (cooperative) normally and not run or jump around like his club. The tenant below (which I think is on the board of co-op) complained that we walk around too much and too strong. We wood floors and carpet areas, but not eveywhere. Is there anything I can do or rights I have against this complaint? New York, thank you.

Unless terms of your contract specifies that you can not walk, are not to blame. The owner is to blame for not fixing the soil does not crack. Unfortunately, there really well, even if you could meet tenants below and to present a common complaint, because if you have any new tenants evicted from your apartment you will find the same problem.
