Need help choosing an inflatable fishing boat for 4?

Hello So far, I'm looking for Sevylor Fish Hunter 360 (model 12 feet) the INTEX Seahawk II, and the excursion INTEX 5. I have little money or the space of the real ship IVE stores to cut my search to these three (unless someone has a better idea that is). I'll be fishing in a local lake maybe once a month. Pets up to four adults sometimes (5'8-170-6-ish dudes feet 200 pounds) that the intention adding layers of wood Flooring with a layer of foam and carpet in the outdoors, and a 30-36 minn kota trolling motor thrust. opinions on what boat / raft to go, in large As appreciated.
