Redo wood floors?
We're redoing our 90yr old wood. We removed all the floor because we have to remove some walls and change the design of the house. Now, what are the advantages and disadvantages to the wood through a brush before nailing down instead of nailing and sanding? The wood is in very good condition.

As mentioned above, you must complete all the sand modes. You might also ask, as sanding and the use of equalizing things. Unimportant, will have a floor that significant cost $ $ $ to replace the highest quality new and it would be something like deciduous forests of age .. Be willing to bet that the house would pay a pretty good restaurant floor, runs like a thief and re-sell or re-milled or as it is. Cordially
