Some help with the installation of wooden stairs?
I leaned on my living room with tile floor Porcelina Nice. There is a staircase in lounge leading to a second floor that had carpet, but I removed it. However, if generic manufacturers of wooden stairs Below that is unreachable or unusable. I put a wood or laminate top. The stairs are 11 x 35 and just want to cover the foot (not) the game. Is there a laminate or wood that has the nose and part of the foot, while a built in? I just want something to install on it that is easy and so perfectly right on the stairs without having to install a separate room. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I did exactly what you're talking about when I replaced carpet on the stairs. Once I pulled the carpet, I drew the band original rolling into place as he had a run on the nose. Then cut new steps that had a flat side and wedged, glued and screwed into place. I Bruce Oak Pre on the steps. You can buy the square of the nose to the edge, then just use regular plates for the rest of the tread. I only use tables to go through all the steps that I would not have all the seams where you step. Finally along the advantage that I have to use the quarter to cut and painted bands of white paint finish. Another option would be to use only tables on the tread, then use a piece of wood cut along leading edge. I helped my brother-in-law to do so and it came out pretty well and was cheaper to buy the bull's nose.
